Digitalisation
The right priorities and systems — and a team that uses them.
Digitalisation pays off when it starts with the business problem, not the software. I help owner-led SMEs decide what to digitalise first, choose systems without being tied to any vendor, and make sure the team actually uses them.
How it works
- We find where time, money or customers are lost today, in sales, operations or administration.
- We set priorities and define requirements.
- I help you compare options, choose a partner and steer the rollout, with training and follow-up planned before go-live.
What you get: a prioritised roadmap, clear requirements and a rollout plan your team is part of.
Why me: I led a consulting organisation that delivered international HubSpot rollouts, including ERP integration, so I know where digital projects tend to go wrong.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where should a mid-sized business start with digitalisation?
With the business problem, not the software. We first look at where time, money or customers are lost today — in sales, operations or administration — and which of those matter most for growth. Only then do we decide which processes to digitalise, in what order, and what tools fit. Small, visible wins come first.
Do you implement software or sell systems?
No. I'm independent and don't sell or resell software, so my advice isn't tied to any vendor. I help you define requirements, compare options, choose a partner and steer the rollout. The technical implementation is done by your IT team or a provider you choose.
How do you make sure the team actually uses new tools?
By involving the people who will use them from the start. Most digital projects fail on adoption, not technology. I work with your team on what changes in their daily work, who owns what, and how success is measured — and we plan training and follow-up before go-live, not after.
What about AI — should we be using it?
Probably in some places, but rarely everywhere at once. I help you identify where AI saves real time or improves customer service in your business, test it on a small scale, and set clear rules for data and quality before rolling it out more widely.
