About me

For about 25 years I've built and grown businesses, mostly from the commercial side. I founded bubblebridge, a B2B digital agency and HubSpot Diamond Partner, and grew it from one person to over 20 staff and €2.5m revenue. In 2022 it was acquired by Huble, where I became Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director DACH. I led the consulting organisation across six markets and was responsible for the German-speaking business.

That's where my focus comes from: go-to-market and marketing, and the organisation it takes to deliver on them. Since October 2026 I've advised owners and managing directors independently, on which customers to win, where to grow next and how to digitalise with purpose.

I work in English and German, with clients in Germany and Ireland.
