Working together
What happens in the first conversation?
We talk for about [45 minutes], free of charge and without obligation. You describe where the business stands and what's on your mind; I ask questions and tell you honestly whether and how I can help. If it's a fit, I follow up with a short written proposal covering scope, timing and fee.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope. Most projects are offered at a fixed fee agreed upfront, so you know the cost before we start. Ongoing advisory support is billed as a monthly retainer. [Optional: add a starting price or day rate, e.g. "Projects start from €[X]."]
Do you work outside Bavaria, and in English?
Yes. I work with clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Ireland, in German and English. Much of the work happens remotely, with on-site days where they add most value — for example workshops with the leadership team or time with sales and operations.
